Rodent and Animal Removal Excellent customer service and exceptional "quality" of service provided. Contacted after a stressful night hearing scratches in my walls, and he responded immediately demonstrating the highest level of expertise and provided expeditious resolution. He immediately walked the interior of the house, to include the crawl space and attic, the exterior, searching for entry points and plugged them all to expedite resolution. Divine Pest Control came out on short notice and did an excellent job. They sealed up spots that we didn’t know existed. Moved appliances to get to the root of the problem. We scheduled a follow up appointment because they are just that good. Everything was explained in detail and made us feel better about our situation and that it is getting resolved. Mayor did over and above. He was communicative, timely, and friendly. He explained everything to me — options, steps he would take, when he was getting other supplies from the truck and why. We had a bird pest issue that’s been at our building for who knows how long. He resolved it humanely in 2 hours, and put proactive measures in place to keep it from happening again. My colleague called what he did “the Lord’s work”!

I had multiple birds in my kitchen exhaust vent and I got a quick response from Mayor. He calmly and effectively removed them and put up a barrier so they can’t get back in. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him! Kind and professional.
